Demo product, not a client project. MediZoon was designed and built by Zoon Software as an in-house demo to show what we can deliver. The business name and every record in it are sample data. There is no real client behind it, and we make no claims about results.
Context and problem
Most small clinics in Rawalpindi and Islamabad still run on a paper register, phone calls and WhatsApp. Appointments clash, patients forget their visit, and nobody can see at a glance how much was billed this month or what is still unpaid.
Our contribution
Zoon Software planned, designed and built MediZoon end to end as an internal product: the user flows, the interface, the data model and a working web app you can log in to. The demo setting is Smile Care Dental & Medical Centre, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad (sample clinic).
Solution and key features
- A public booking page where patients pick a doctor and time with no login. Online bookings land in the diary tagged Online.
- A reception desk with a calendar and list view: book, reschedule, cancel, check in, and filter by doctor, date and status.
- One-tap WhatsApp reminders with a prefilled message.
- Patient records with visit history, notes and prescriptions.
- Doctor profiles with specialty, consultation fee, services and weekly hours. Reception can view, only an admin can change them.
- Billing with service lines, paid or unpaid status, and a printable invoice in Rs.
- A dashboard showing today's appointments, total patients, revenue this month, unpaid balance and a 14-day appointments chart.
- Separate Admin and Receptionist logins, and a layout that works on a phone.

Technology
Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Recharts. Runs with no database setup for the demo; the data layer is separated so it can move to Postgres (Neon or Supabase) for a real client.
